Payment and Delivery Terms

provides website content and offers goods/services under the following Terms.
1. General Terms
Purchases made through the Online Store constitute a Distance Contract governed by Latvian law.
2. Placing Orders
Prices and product descriptions are displayed next to each item.

Select delivery method
Complete payment
3. Payment Terms
Currency – Euro (EUR).
Payments via:
• Online banking
• Visa / Mastercard
• Apple Pay (if available)
Payments processed by MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS).
Contract enters into force after successful payment.
Refund issued within 14 days if order cannot be fulfilled.
4. Delivery Terms
Orders are delivered to:
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and other EU countries.
Delivery methods:
• Omniva parcel lockers
• DPD Pickup points
• Courier (if available)
Delivery costs calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
Latvia: 2–5 business days
Baltics: 3–7 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
Non-EU: 7–14 business days
Customs & Duties
Deliveries outside the EU may incur customs charges.
These are borne by the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Customer may return goods within 14 days.
Conditions:

✔ Undamaged
✔ Original packaging retained
Return costs borne by customer.
Refund within 14 days after return received.
